Basic Description: This is a curved toy handle with a Vac Lock to help secure your toy onto the handle. The handle is made for easier self-pleasure. On one end it has an ergonomic handle to make it easier to hold, and the other end is the Vac-lock for your toy. 

Pros: This tool is excellent for people who can not reach their genitals on their own. It provides an extension of your arm so you can reach more places without having to work as hard. It's considerably lightweight (similar to holding just the handle part of an umbrella). The Vac-lock makes sure that whatever compatible toy you are using will definitely stay on! 

Cons: Even though it is made for easy access, you do need to still be able to hold the handle itself in order to use this toy. However, you could use velcro or something else to attach it to your hand potentially if needed. Getting the Vac Lock toy on and off is also something that some may need assistance on since it does a good job of keeping it firmly on the handle. Of course, if you don't like penetrative toys, this might not be of much help to you.

Basic Description: This is a disposable after-sex clean up sponge designed to absorb sexual fluids after sex. This is not meant to be a form of birth control or STD/STD prevention. 

Pros: It is very, very lightweight. The sponge is soft and not too big. This could be a great alternative for folks who can not get to the bathroom to clean up.  Also, because it comes in single packets, it is great for travel too. 

Cons: If you can not reach your genitals and don't feel comfortable asking for assistance, you might not be able to use this product. The handle is very short, so you will need the ability to be precise with inserting it. This is not for external clean up, so if you can not handle penetration, this won't be useful for you. 

Accessibility Features: The fact you can clean up without going to the bathroom necessarily is great. The size and weight of the product also makes it more accessible. 

Ponderings: If you partake in penetrative sex that may lead to needing to clean up afterward and are interested in a relatively accessible way of doing that, this could be a good product for you.

This is great for people who are non-verbal and don't have their communication devices with them while using a device like this. You can just let your partner know beforehand what your preferences are.  The buttons are very simple and easy to use/press, and the handle is very ergonomic. 

Cons: Unfortunately, it comes with only one suction cup option, so if it is too big for you, you might have trouble getting it to fit since you need all sides to be covered for the suction to work. Putting batteries in this device isn't the easiest thing; it's difficult to get the twist cap off, and even then, the way the battery casing comes out and has to be put back in in a certain way makes it that much more important for you to pay attention while changing the batteries.

Even if you are not into BDSM - this toy can still be a part of your sex life!

Cons: If you have trouble controlling your movements or have spasticity, this might be tricky to hold. For example; if you are rolling it and have a spasm, you might put more pressure or accidentally maneuver the pinwheel in the way you were not intending. The loop is also nice if you tend to drop things because it will help keep the flogger attached to your wrist for the most part. It is also very lightweight and easy to hold if you have decent hand dexietry.

Pros: If your disability causes unwanted movement and it would not hurt or injure you to be restrained, this could be a great kit for you! The buckles and self-release hooks are easy to use if you have a reasonable amount of hand dexterity. The fur makes it so if you are pulling against it, you will not rub or irritate your skin.

Cons: The clips that hook everything together are tiny and need a lot of coordination in order to release them. The buckles, although a little easier, also require good hand coordination. If your muscles or joints don't like to be pulled, this is not a good option.

Accessibility Features: Because it is such a versatile kit, this is a great option for people who want to explore a variety of restraint positions without spending too much. The soft inner lining is great for people who can't stand the irritation that comes from other less soft cuffs. 

Ponderings: if you either are interested in restraint play or your disability would benefit from having restraints during sex, this Hog Tie kit is an excellent option.

Pros: Similar to the sexy dice I previously reviewed, this card game can give people some ideas of what to try in bed and during foreplay. Unlike the dice game, if you can not physically pick up the card, you can just have whoever you are with help you with it, and the results will be the same regardless of how you get the card.

Cons: Some of the cards are a bit weird or have inaccessible actions on them but you can always pass or pick a different card (however, if you get a card that you can not physically do, be open to adapting it into something more accessible to you!) If you can not physically pick up these cards, which I might add are quite small, and have no way to do this, this game can be a challenge to try and play.

Accessibility Features: Much like the sexy dice game, the fact that this game can help people with disabilities explore foreplay in a fun and sexy way, is a great accessible tool!

Ponderings: If you want a fun and sexy game to play with your partner(s) or kinky friends, this is a great option!

How it works, is each player selects one of the body part dice to represent them in the game. Players take turns rolling all of the dice in play, which will land on a body part. Once everyone has rolled the body dice, one of the players rolls the sliver action die. Then they choose who they perform the action on in accordance with the body part listed on the die that represents that player.

Pros: Because not many people with disabilities have good sex education or people that they can talk to about sex, they often don't know what they like even when they want to have sex or be intimate. So I think this game is a great way for someone to explore what they like! It is fun and not very intimidating, so it could be a great tool! The dice is easy to hold and lightweight, you could even put them in a cup if that makes it easier for you to roll it. If you have preferences in where you do and don't like to be touched or stimulated, you can always assign different meanings to the die to better suit your preferences and needs.

Cons: If you do not have a way to either roll the dice (adaptively, with assistance, or otherwise) you might have a difficult time trying to play this game.

Accessibility Features: Figuring out what you like can be a daunting task, but a game like this makes it fun, easy, and a little more accessible!

Ponderings: If you want a flirty game that helps you explore your sexuality and body, or just want something cute to play with your partner(s), this a very fun and affordable game.

Basic Description: This mounting tool is in an L shape, with one panel measuring at 24 inches and the other at 20 inches. How it works is you lay upon the panel without the scarf and then on the scarf panel you suction a suction cup toy/dildo to the acrylic surface. You can then use the provided scarf to create a thrusting motion.

Pros: This is good for someone with good arm coordination who needs extra thrusting help. Also if you can not reach your genitals, this would help you still access them. It is also lightweight and easy to position. It has holes on both panels, so if you need a shorter or longer panel to reach the scarf, it is interchangeable. Or you can also use the unused scarf holes to mount the flexbang into a set place on the floor.

Cons: you do need good arm coordination, just enough to be able to pull the scarf - which creates the thrusting motion. Also, you do need to spread your legs in order to use this mount.  It is really just for internal stimulation so if you don't like that, this will not be a good fit for you.

Accessibility Features: This toy mount's entire purpose is making thrusting motions easy and more accessible.  It is also fairly affordable compared to other mounts.

Ponderings: If you need help reaching your genitals for internal stimulation, this is a great toy for that!

Basic Description: This is a very interesting product! It is simply an adjustable gooseneck wand holder. It has a clamp that you can fasten to many different surfaces and on the other end is a circle clamp for your wand! It comes with two different sized circle clamps to make sure you can hold wands of all sizes!

Pros: It is very versatile! you can clamp it to your bed, a wheelchair, a chair, whatever fits your needs! also the gooseneck is very flexible but also sturdy so you know it will stay in place.

Cons: You do need a certain amount of hand coordination and strength to set up this wand holder. It needs to be tight enough to whatever surface you have it clamped to in order to stay up. The clamp itself can only clamp on to a surface that is an inch or two in width, so that kind of limits where you are able to put it depending on what you have available. This does require some experimenting in order to make sure it is balanced enough to stay where you want it, even when you put the toy in the holder, you would want the wand clamped on the heavier end as to not have the wand fall out or topple the whole thing over. 

Accessibility Features: This whole idea screams accessibility!

Ponderings: I would have liked to see the packaging even mention people with disabilities because this product is definitely for them. Also, just a funny side note: I definitely had flashbacks of mounting assistive technology to my power chair when I was putting together this wand holder because it looks so similar to what I used on my power chair.

Pros: It is very easy to ring the bell even I, with my minimal hand control. can easily ring the bell.

Cons: it is not super loud, so whoever you need to hear the bell should be in close range.

Accessibility Features: you might be thinking "why is there a call bell on a sex toy review blog?" well, it is good for when you want private time but have PCAs and need a way to tell them when you are finished. Even if you are verbal you might not want to call out if you have roommates or live with your parents. this provides a simple but effective way to let your PCAs know you are ready for them to come back. if you are in fact nonverbal this is an excellent non-electric way (so you don't have to worry about batteries dying) to notify your PCA.

Ponderings: as you might have guessed, there are way more tools to make sex accessible than just sex toys. you just have to be creative and think out side of the box!
