Cons: It took a long time to blow up. Also, the edges/seams are rough and not smooth. If you cannot grip the handles, they become obstacles. I am unsure how well it cleans.

Basic Description: This is a topical serum of various oils that has been infused with CBD. It is marketed as a product to help you relax and enjoy more sensory stimulation. It is designed for use on your genitals but can be used anywhere on your body. It is, however, not compatible with latex, so latex-free condoms (if being used) are necessary. 

Pros: The bottle has a pump which makes dispensing it easier. Also, if you tend to drop things, that won't be much of a problem because the bottle is plastic. I have personally had very good luck with CBD relaxing my muscles, so I am excited about this product. In addition, it might be good for people with spasticity or pain. There are no artificial fragrances, and this serum's ingredients are all very clear and seem clean. The scent is pretty pleasant and the serum does absorb well into skin. It contains a solid 100mg of CBD.

Cons: Even though the ingredients are clear and seem clean, there are a lot of them, which seems a bit unnecessary. The fact that you can't use latex condoms with this product is a bit of an annoyance. 

Accessibility Features: The high CBD content and the pump dispenser both make this product accessible.

The motors are very strong and can be used separately or together. With a bit of pressure, it does not slide around. If you need assistance masturbating, this could be the toy for you. All someone has to do is put it under you and turn it on!  Also, on a personal note, I have been talking with my friends about how much I've wanted something like this for almost 20 years, so seeing it come to fruition is so very cool! The only thing remotely close was The Cone. Lastly, the remote is very easy to use. Although, you do need to turn the toy on under the base of the toy.

The whole toy vibrates which is great if you like to cover a lot of areas. It is also on the smaller side so it fits in your hand easily! The button is easy to press and it is very simple to access the different features. Also, it vibrates when you turn it on to let you know what the battery level is (three times for full battery, two for medium, one or zero for low battery), which is a great wait to prevent your toy from dying in the middle of being used. This toy is also very quiet, which helps if you need privacy! The fact that it also looks like a lemon and not a sex toy really helps with discretion.

Cons: It is small so if you like to wedge toys and sit on them, this might not be perfect for that. Also if you like pre-made vibration patterns, this toy does not have that. This is also for external use only, so if you need something for internal use look elsewhere. Also, the battery only lasts one hour.

Accessibility Features: The squeezable vibration feature is amazing, As with the Chorus - being able to operate a squeezable remote made accessing that toy so much more fun and easy, so having a squeezable vibrator achieves the same purpose! The size and ease of use also make this toy very accessible.

Ponderings: If you want an external vibrator that you can control the vibration patterns via squeezing, this is a great option!

Pros: The lube itself is rather smooth on your skin, it does have a slight stickiness afterward but it leaves you feeling softer than most other lubes would. The pump cap makes it easier to access the lube. All three flavors available taste great as well!

Cons: The slight stickiness from the lube is not ideal, but again not that bad either.  It does have flavors so if you are really sensitive to products with artificial flavors, you may want to try a flavorless lubricant.

Accessibility Features: The pump cap is the main access feature on this lubricant.

Basic Description: This Hog Tie set comes with 2 wrist cuffs and 2 ankles cuffs, and 1 hogtie. This set is very versatile, meaning you can use the cuffs in a variety of ways, such as only cuffing your wrists,  cuffing only 3 limbs, using the cuffs with your bedpost, or classic hogtie, etc. All the cuffs are self-releasing and have a soft faux fur lining. The vegan leather also makes the cuffs very flexible.

Pros: If your disability causes unwanted movement and it would not hurt or injure you to be restrained, this could be a great kit for you! The buckles and self-release hooks are easy to use if you have a reasonable amount of hand dexterity. The fur makes it so if you are pulling against it, you will not rub or irritate your skin.

Cons: The clips that hook everything together are tiny and need a lot of coordination in order to release them. The buckles, although a little easier, also require good hand coordination. If your muscles or joints don't like to be pulled, this is not a good option.

Accessibility Features: Because it is such a versatile kit, this is a great option for people who want to explore a variety of restraint positions without spending too much. The soft inner lining is great for people who can't stand the irritation that comes from other less soft cuffs. 

Ponderings: if you either are interested in restraint play or your disability would benefit from having restraints during sex, this Hog Tie kit is an excellent option.
