All someone has to do is put it under you and turn it on!  Also, on a personal note, I have been talking with my friends about how much I've wanted something like this for almost 20 years, so seeing it come to fruition is so very cool! Cons: The handle is a bit weird, and could make it hard for some people to hold. You can only fit a finger or two into the handle, which can feel a bit tight, and in general, could pose a challenge if you don't have a lot of hand dexterity. Using the buttons with the handle can also be challenging for some, especially if you want to be able to change the settings. The tips of the toy could pose a problem for some people if you want to wedge it between your legs,  or need to be precise about where you put the toy.
