Pros: This main pro of this toy is that is can be used for sensory play and not just flogging. Not everyone has the physical capacity to enjoy the experience of flogging or to flog someone. So if that is the case for you, this toy can still be used in a more gentle way to engage the sense through teasing with the tassels. The loop is also nice if you tend to drop things because it will help keep the flogger attached to your wrist for the most part. It is also very lightweight and easy to hold if you have decent hand dexietry.
Cons: If you and/or your partner are not able to hold anything in your hands it could be somewhat challenging to use this, especially if you are looking for a more intense flogging experience. However, you can always be creative to find ways to keep it more secure in your hand.
