Pros: This wand is much smaller and more lightweight than your typical wand, so that might make it easier to hold. The flexible neck is great for getting it in the right spots! Also, the head is smaller than most wand heads, so it might be easier to position for some. The buttons are very, very easy to press, but also unlikely to accidentally press in the middle of things. The handle is also silicone so that also makes it less likely to slip out of your hand. I also really enjoy the color palette of this toy, because a majority of sex toys tend to come in pink or purple, so it's always nice to see some other colors.
Cons: If you have no/little hand dexterity, you might not be able to physically hold this toy, but it is a very positionable toy still.
Accessibility Features: The size and weight make this a very accessible toy, as well as the flexible neck and easy press buttons, and the price! Most wands (especially rechargeable ones) are much more expensive, so this is a great quality option for those on a budget!
